Frequently Asked Questions

No. Submitting a request does not guarantee that Taxi Mom will begin service at your school or in your community. Every request is reviewed as part of our expansion planning, and we evaluate demand, route feasibility, driver availability, and operational capacity before making any service decisions.

While every community is evaluated individually, we generally look for interest from at least 20 families before considering a new recurring route. Additional factors such as school location, route compatibility, and scheduling are also part of the decision.
